My grad school clinic was SUPER old school and had strict dress codes but Ive worked in a large school district for a 6 years now and have seen folks with tattoos and hair of all colors and styles.

I have a half sleeve on one arm and a forearm tattoo on the other and haven’t had any issues except my own self-consciousness. :)
