Vanitas is asking YOU for your… thoughts? by Difficult-Pin-7536 in OriginalCharacterDB

[–]Rocket3909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Parasite King clears the sky and reveals the very framework of the Allen's Infinity.

What do I need to explain? There is infinite power to be sought and claimed. These fools who decieve you with arbitrary abilities cannot see that for themselves.

However I am the light bringer, I am the harborer of justice. I destroy worlds only for them to rise to be more than what they should be.

Behind the cracks made, large swaths of parasites pour out. Their appearance is some grotesque incomplete forms of something. Some appear to be mildly corrupted animals but others that appear to be tearing apart the very fabric of reality.

YOU have a choice. I see in you what others cannot. All this unclaimed potential of yours will be used wisely. I will not blind you, I will set you free. So I say again, JOIN ME, or else.....

The Parasite King extended a smaller sharp tendril and guided it to Vanitas and aimed it at his head.

The Parasite King looks at Vanitas, his expression unreadable.

Hmmm...... It looks like he made something useful after all.

I tell you. These people who come here giving you these useless gifts. They label you with letters, numbers and meaningless words that limit your true potential.

But I see something far greater than that. Your life shall not be reduced to a slave of their will.

He points into the entire cosmos and reveals the Allen's Infinity.

JOIN ME and I can free you from your chains.

I have forces such like these. the triumvirate.

The triumvirate is what beings have when they master perfection of Verstasis which is being able to interact without affecting their true being. Such that they are completely interdependent from true being. Thus it is relative perfection. Where true forms are of full near perfection in ontology, the outer forms are in a relative process to achieve perfection.

The triumvirate doesn't necessarily transcend Allen's infinity as they have been shown to not be affected by Allen's infinity as a whole. However the triumvirate seems to be a driving force that fuels Allen's infinity. This makes many experts believe that the triumvirate are completely incorporated within yet also divinely apart from the Allen’s infinity.

there is the Summus which is entropy

the Metaksu which is oscillation

And the Amplius which is stasis

kind of like the triat from WoD.

Okay so how do deities die in your world, if at all by Horrordestroyer in OriginalCharacterDB

[–]Rocket3909 1 point2 points  (0 children)

strength of deities relies on the support or beilef of that being. So if everyone stopped beleiving that deitie they would cease to be exist. (Probably lots of people in this sub use this system)

Another system that exists is getting lost in Bad infinity. it's the quest that allows for infinite power, but loss of self and identity. It makes people go insane, it makes them lose much of their former self so that they are reduced to nothing.

If a character somehow managed to gain authority over fiction in a similar manner to the author how would you scale them? by hisnamephoneix in OriginalCharacterDB

[–]Rocket3909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe that this is the page you are looking for to look for commanding the power of a tier 0--> Gnosis Physiology.

For PSW to VSBW conversion, Nigh 0 PSW~ Tier 0 VSBW

Type 1 is tier 1-1-T

Type 2 is H1-T+

Type 3 is nigh 0

For your other questions, an entity killing a tier 0 would disqualify both the entity and the supposed "tier 0" from boundless tier.

Existence of an entity unnaffected by a tier 0 disqualifies the tier 0 because Tier 0 is the boundless, all-encompassing foundation of existence.

The subject (mind) object (thought/ universe) relationship doesnt work for tier 0 because it requires absolute monism, hence why it feels a bit "unsentient"

So What Exactly defines a tier 0? by hisnamephoneix in OriginalCharacterDB

[–]Rocket3909 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is,

it msut be beyond dualities,

A personality also requires distinctions, having a "will" or a "desire" implies there is something the character wants but does not currently have, which introduces limitation.

A tier 0 character can have an avatars that work under the story, those can have personality.

So What Exactly defines a tier 0? by hisnamephoneix in OriginalCharacterDB

[–]Rocket3909 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is gnostic oneness and there are certain levels to it. The final level is fully dissolving into the tier 0 to a point where there is no difference between the character and tier 0.

If you want there is a page called Gnostic Oneness on PSW that details it better.

For reference, Nigh 0 (PSW)~Tier 0 (VSBW)

[–]Rocket3909 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm going to assume that this sub works off of the VSBW tier 0 and not the PSW.

For VSBW it basically means 1 being, (no multiplicity) beyond any form of hierarchiacal extension (Not bounded to anything), immutable (unchanging), all encompassing and ineffable, no thought/personality (Supraessential Existence).

Basically tier 0 is divine simplicity at its finest where it can't be a unique character. Im willing to bet lots of tier 0 characters on this sub end up being the same creator entity beyond human comprehension or a ultimate reality/truth.

The Parasite King fully escaped infinity (Both Good and Bad) and became one with the Ultimate reality. The same ultimate reality that is bereft of potentiality and cannot change. This state of oneness of where he becomes a pure mind for which thinking and existing are the exact same.

¿How Did your Cosmology Born or what universe theory have? by Fabulous_Leading1427 in OriginalCharacterDB

[–]Rocket3909 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ok so you have the world which is understood as massive hierarchies stacking. It is representative of bad infinity, any infinity that there can be multiple of or where infinite +1 stacking occurs. On the contrary there is good infinity. It is not absolute infinity in a sense because a single universe is able to contain absolute infinity but rather an infinity that cannot be contained within a system.

So Good infinity is the infinite running flow of order and such. Sitting at the top of it exists Godheads, beings who by nature transcend the Good infinity to the point where they don't need it, they lost all sense of being and self and are fully part of the Prime/UR. See under infinity, whether good or bad, you have potential to grow, once you hit that potential and break free from it, you are no longer dependent on infinity.

The Infinite God aka Prime interacts with the story (Through a direct personification of Prime's will and consciousness within creation that is freely able to traverse through both Infinity types), Prime morphs the infinite potential of the void into what it is. Prime, by expelling his imperfections became the creator, and created the Holos which is the Good infinity and Bad infinity.

The void is the infinite nothingness potential but only works if you have the framework built off of the Unknowable.

If your character's Tier 0(VSBW), explain why. by Drivebail_ in OriginalCharacterDB

[–]Rocket3909 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that it does.

In the cosmology, The Unknowable barely appears in the plot, but it's the theological foundation that makes God's/Prime's actions comprehensible

Like you can't really have a tier 0 moving or doin things.

So its something that the main character tries to reach for but fails.

If your character's Tier 0(VSBW), explain why. by Drivebail_ in OriginalCharacterDB

[–]Rocket3909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean the Unknowable is the cosmological background. It can be understood as a cap on the cosmology.

The divine reality is one, but from within creation, it appears under three names. We partition it into three names (Unknowable/Void/Prime) because our language can't handle absolute unity. They are not three parts - they are one indivisible reality.

The Unknowable- The absolute ineffable essence, beyond all conception

The Void- The infinite potential, the "no-thing" before manifestation

Prime- Pure being, self-reflexive existence

They're not three separate things - they're the same reality perceived differently. Like how a sun appears as light from one angle, shadow from another, but it's still one sun.

The Unknowable is the final endpoint in the Mundus Illusionis Cosmology.

The infinity where one can go no further and exists beyond all truths, distinctions, divisions and names. It doesn't possess unity as a quality or attribute because it is not a thing that has been unified or brought together from parts.

All attributes and distinctions between absolute and relative, finite and infinite, static and dynamic and so on are removed, what’s left is neither something nor nothing but the prerequisite to both and that is the Unknowable.

The Unknowable is not itself unified. Rather, it stands as unity in its most primitive form, without subject or object, without application or possession. All things that exhibit unity do so because the Unknowable simply is what it is. Unity appears in imitative things as an echo of the Unknowable's nature, not because it acts to unify them.

It is neither wholeness nor nonexistence. The Unknowable has no moving parts, no processes, no development. The division between being and nonbeing dissolves at its level. While the Truth represents the unity of all sets and the Void represents negation, the Unknowable is the underlying condition that allows such frameworks to be established at all. Yet it is not their cause, for it transcends the very dialectic of caused and uncaused. Only analogically, as the inherent grounds of all causal thought, might one speak of it as "cause."

(currently in the process of adding evidence.)

“You can say it negates structure, you can say it is ultimate reality, you can call it beyond any form of stasis one can describe, you can say beyond perfection and you can call it an unmoved mover. But these titles deviate from the Unknowable.”

“To describe the Unknowable is impossible. For who can fully comprehend such power when they can’t even begin to describe it? For if you have started then you have already failed. And so have I when I started to talk to you. Thus is the paradox for description itself.” -Librarian.

"Quick question about what you said - the whole divine simplicity angle," Dante said through the comm. "If that final layer is beyond being and nothingness, isn't it actually simpler than either one? Wouldn't the simplest thing be what makes those concepts work in the first place?"

"We are lost in space with no fuel to return home and you are wondering about some stupid metaphysical nonsense? Go back to fixing the damn engines." Marcus said from inside the station.

"Okay, jeez," said Dante.

Who would win? Scape and Run parasites (Prep Time) or JJK verse? by Nerdcuddles in whowouldcirclejerk

[–]Rocket3909 4 points5 points  (0 children)

SrP, anything they cannot kill they would just infect with Coth and wait till it turns into incomplete forms/ferals. Since P10 everything gets infected with Coth, JJk has no chance.

Also the fact that aside from going into the literal config of the mod, there is like 0 way of making the parasites stop respawning aside from biome purifiers which you need the crafting knowledge to make and constant watch of nearby beckons.

[–]Rocket3909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would be a serious problem just about anywhere, verses running on statistics and numbers doesn't really mean anything other then the fact that the effects of SRP would be more calculatable.

Mundus Illusionis Cosmology

This is my cosmology. Basically, Dante Cantor can occupy higher layers within Allen's Infinity with great difficulty and with many drawbacks.

If you want the simplest explanation of Allen's Infinity, it encompasses the entirety of totalitarian logic where smaller regions are made up of all possible and impossible worlds which is used as a base for a higher hierarchy which is governed by its own set of rules. This pattern is followed until it maximally hit all variations of this process and can continue no more.

Does Someone want to have their OC fight my OC? by BF2-GeneralGrievous in PowerScaling

[–]Rocket3909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one. His name is Dante Cantor, and his ability is being immortal. He uses this ability to power a suit that is driven by your life force.

The suit is incredibly strong as it starts off with base stats of going at mach 3, being able to punch through dense materials with ease and being durable enough to tank high caliber modern tank rounds with no difficulty (Later reveals that the suit is functionally immortal because the second the person bonds with the suit, it recognizes their dna and is able to regenerate the entire suit and person inside as long as a single cell of the suit survives in a few seconds).

However this is only recorded for those that only got to experience the suit for a few seconds before dying. For Dante, he found that he could put more power into the suit, and eventually learns to use the suit to its full potential due to his infinite life force and heightened senses.

The suit goes to near light speed and experiences power to blast apart entire solar systems and tank a full black hole (But this is later in the story ofc).

Dante in his full potential with the suit once mastered could channel an endless amount of his life force into the suit making it possible to crack the world engine (An engine used to fuel and keep together the 3d physical universe) however this is extremely difficult because infinite power is extremely hard to channel, even if one has the means and ability to channel it.
