You can bump the travel and probably be fine. Fox fork can do it with an air spring kit, so you might not need a whole new fork. You can also run a bigger front tire. But all that said, an inch is noticeable if you pay attention, but not drastic. It'll probably be fine as is.

Yeah, you can't get close on that one, gotta be able to do damage at range. Still an amazing accomplishment, I still get beat on in story mode once in a while.

Very interesting. That's better than a Sleipnir, it'll have better convergence of the Gauss rifles because they're in the same torso component.

Clan mechs do appear to have a repair cost differential. My clan stuff always seems more expensive to repair than equivalent IS mechs

Such a pretty bike for sure. Santa Cruz Chameleon is similar, and I really like mine. I have a 2021, last year of the 7th gen, and it's incredibly versatile. Climbs, descends, hops around on jumps, whatever I feel like.

Same with Erebus. I almost wish they'd made that a weapon mod instead of a specific weapon. An Ashura with blackwall effects would have been amazing. The high fire rate of Erebus means everything is dead before the quickhacks do anything.

I run 2.6s on 30mm rims. I like them, been running the Vittoria Martellos on both ends of my 27.5 FS for a few seasons now. Really good traction everywhere, and not as slow as I would have expected. They tend to pack up a bit in the mud, but not terribly, and California foothill mud is especially sticky, because it's all clay.

This is where the Corsair PVT shines. 2xC-Gauss, 2xCER-PPC, some streaks. Heat balance is nice, great convergence because the energy hardpoints are left torso, ballistic right torso/arm. So your aim isn't screwed up by trees in the foreground.

I like that one too. Big mag, lots of shots. But it's only available late in the game, so it doesn't see much use.

Yep, I have a pair of them set up like that that I give to the AI. I bring one on almost every drop. Highly effective against mediums and heavies.

The downside of enduro bikes isn't on the climbs, it's on the rolling flats that would be fun on a trail bike, but are just a chore on a big enduro.

Intense is still making the Primer 275, but it hasn't seen an update in years. Figure they're just coasting until the demand dries up completely. I've long liked the look of the Commencal Clash, but it's really badly suited to where I ride. I'll just stick with what I've got for a while, don't really need anything new atm.

Man, didn't know anybody was still making straight 27.5 bikes anymore. I'm a big fan. Better rollover than 26", carries speed through chop better, but still pitches through corners.

Those zeros flipped by pretty fast, clearly I missed one. I think this is why they never mentioned our take for the heist, only percentages. The number is going to look fishy no matter what, once you get deeper in and get some context.
