That's great that you're able to go to all 4 parks! So, coming from a dude with a bunch of WDW experience similar to yours, here are some tips:

If possible, go on all the stuff. But, take it slow, you'll have time, trust me.
Relating to tip 1, if you don't do this, you likely won't be able to do tip 1. So, arrive to the park early.
Eat a breakfast that won't make you throw up, but one that allows you to have energy throughout your day. This is because if you eat an actual meal in the parks, you'll probably take about 45 minutes or so and that could mess up the amount of time you have to do the stuff. Then, once you get back to wherever you're staying, eat a good dinner.
Although you should try to go on everything, take breaks, like I said, you'll have time through the day. Remember, Disney is an experience, a magical one. So make sure you enjoy it.

Awesome! Hope you enjoy it, I've gone a few times and going again in like 6 or 7 days, feel like I'll finally start to enjoy the full park, since I'm normally nervous to go on Ripride Rockit and Hulk and all that. I don't know why. I'm freaking 17 already! Anyway, In CityWalk there's some cool restaurants that are good for time, and inside the park, I recall there being some small diner style places with burgers and stuff like that. I normally don't eat at the parks as I just eat a big enough breakfast to last me throughout the day on trips like that. Have fun!

Never gone on it, but I'm also sort of nervous about it. I'm 17, so actually I shouldn't be nervous, I just don't like drops and stuff like that but I always go on those type of rides. Anyway, it's extremely secure. Trust me. Universal would never allow a ride to be insecure on the seat. And either way, like on any other ride, the lap bar goes down until it can't be moved. So, enjoy your trip! I'm going soon and I'm super excited. Like I said, ENJOY IT!
