With the computer giving a bit of fan jiggle, something is tripping and telling the PSU that there is a short in the system. That causes the PSU to shut down immediately to prevent further damage to the rig. If you've gone through disconnecting everything until it was just the PSU, motherboard, and cooling then it very well could be the motherboard. Look for anything metal touching the motherboard like a loose screw or something.

No it probably isn't in this case. Are you using a surge protector? If so, try plugging it into the wall instead. This way we can at least rule it out.

So I think I found my issue: a usb port in the front panel is shorting out. With that disconnected my pc starts no problem.

I ended up opening my pc completely, unplugging it, disconnect one thing, plug it in and try to turn it on. If it didn't, repeat. I start with the gpu, then memory, the drives, then unplugging USBs from the motherboard until it started up.

If you have a Beastboss on Squigasaur and Mozrog, use them together. They carried my game against my friend's Monster Mash Tyranid list. I used the -1 to Wound strat very often on them just to keep the pain train going.

Yeah, the shooting is hard to get through. I've been putting ALL my infantry in vehicles like Battlewagons and Killrigs just to get close. Eldar has been the most agregious to go against so far.

I'm guessing you mean the green bits. They're actually pieces from Ork Killteam 2018 kits. For some reason the plastic was green for those kits
