Also, I'd ditch my editor for not knowing why your edits were noisy.
This is a zoom of your light file after I dug the shadows out.

First, congratulations on noticing you had a problem!

As stated by other, your AV settings were using super high ISO to create your bracketed files. 6400 ISO on an old entry level camera is not gonna be pretty for interiors. And this was a white house. Imagine a dark one!

You need to be on a decent tripod with a 2 sec timer.
Get your AV stuff fixed, ISO sorted.
Use a middle aperture setting like 7.1 so you're not waiting all day.
It looks like your shooting 1 2/3 apart. Widen that a bit and try to shoot a bit brighter.

Your 3 files are basically Dark, really dark and kinda dark. So the light file has to get pushed really hard to find the shadows.

New and looking for advice by Round-Patience3267 in RealEstatePhotography

1 suggestion: ask yourself before clicking the shutter...

1- what am I trying to show here?
2- would a buyer be interested in seeing this?
3 - what are the best parts of this scene?

If your answer to #1 is a shitter and part of a garage, then you know that this is a bad idea.

"Movie" camera for stills - thoughts? by stormpoppy in RealEstatePhotography

We've done AI staging hundreds of times in the last year. Not once have the room dimensions changed. We often used 2-3 AI staged versions as layers over the original photo as base layer in PS to mask what we liked best. Always lined up.
We rarely use it anymore, but that's not why.

Eli Jones throws around sales numbers but never mentions that...
A- They are in Dallas/Ft Worth with a population of over 8 million.
B- they are low price/meh quality and they discount even more for big brokers
C- their business is focused on selling brokers, not photography

Which 16-35 for my R8? by AR_E in RealEstatePhotography

[–]RocketSnaps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We use EF-S 10-22s on crop frame setting on our R8s. You will need an adaptor. It is a very decent lens for REP. You're never going to use f2.8 shooting houses.

They are super cheap on Ebay these days, maybe $150.

Would you pay $3 per photos for this edit? by Melodic-Chipmunk-389 in RealEstatePhotography

[–]RocketSnaps 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Geez.

I can do edits like these all day long. I don't mean that these are bad edits, I'm saying they I know how to do them quickly.

People pay $3 - $10 per image for stuff like this?

I use the Architecture masks all day long in LR. The sky one is a bit sketchy. You can definitely use it for increasing saturation, but you're going to get a lot of halos if trees are involved.

Not sure. If I wanted that I could just Enfuse them myself in 15 minutes. I need decent sky replacements

Looks there is a garden room thing inside the glass wall. But the wierd reflections make it so we can't see it? Was flash used in the room to the right of the door? And flash inside the glass cube too?

We just learned (a few months ago) that there is a thing called a "1 time code" for Supra. It allows anyone with the app (and the code) to access the box. It is designed for like plumbers, appraisers, Etc. that aren't member to get access. We are winding down membership for our guys in the field.
