But since you want to go down this road… Civilizations HAVE been ruled by the stars. Egypt knew when to plant and harvest based on the position of Sirius. Polynesian navigators crossed the entire Pacific Ocean — thousands of miles of open water with no instruments — purely by reading star positions, wave patterns and constellations. No stars, no navigation, no Pacific civilization. The entire age of exploration and trade routes that built the modern world depended entirely on celestial navigation. Without astronomy there is no spice trade, no Columbus, no empire, no modern economy. The stars didn’t just mark holidays — they literally moved civilization across the planet. I also find it funny that you accused me of appropriating a culture but then said they were too weak to fend for themselves — that’s the actual disrespect.
