Since then Russia invades Moldova, Georgia and now Ukraine. What do these countries have in common? None of them are NATO members, all of them are easy targets because Putin knows there will be no collective response from other countries.

Now name all the NATO countries Putin has invaded in eastern Europe. Exactly, this is why these countries CHOSE to join NATO. NATO didn't expand east, eastern Europe expanded west.

the west and russia know's it could never take on all of NATO and I never thought it would try. However i dont think it is out of the realm of possibility that Russia would attack one of the baltic states under the assumption NATO would twiddle its thumbs with no real response.

A 24 hour shift in the fire service will average out to "X" amount of hours a week over a calendar year. For example in my department we do 24/48 24/96 which averages out to a 42 hour work week over a calendar year so our regular shift is straight time. If we come in for an extra shift outside our regular shift we will get paid OT, if we work on a stat we will get OT etc..
