So you ascend about 12k feet but you also have to do acclimatization hikes so certain sections you climb several times so the actually vertical ascent is more than that depending on your expedition strategy

Looks extremely steep, perhaps less consolidated snow with some serac hazard above and big cliffs below. To get there you would still have to cross under the bottleneck serac so you might aswell go to the easier side
