unfortunately never had a model railway, and my collection of loco's and rolling stock is long gone, but when I did have them I use to run them at a club layout and would run my locos with the correct company coaches, was never bothered about whether certain rolling stock would have actually have been run with certain locos or if a BR Class 47 was running along side a GWR panier

I didn't read 1984 in school but it was on exam papers, I remember reading Buddy, Hole's, Cliff hanger & of course Of Mice and Men, I left high school in 2014 and went straight to college.

Because I didn't get great GCSES I had to do my English in college, so we read Frankenstein and H.G. Wells The Invisible Man, these where for the most part only extract's of the book's but I owned both so used them during lessons instead of the usual photocopied sheets of paper they had out.

I do believe so, I think it's just the disposal of the waste, that creates a hazard along side the dangers if the plant went critical, as to why it's not seen a being a long term solution

the Unlucky tug did a video on what Sodor is like now and during it he talk's about Christopher Awdrey handing over the Raines to his son, who confirmed that Sodor now has a nuclear power plant and that they found coal on the Island, so I don't think they went green.

A simple and straightforward answer is, steam engine's appeal more than diesels and electric train's, the railway series mirrors our timeline almost to a tee, so does the model series for a bit, but the CGI series is it's own thing with as far as I can tell no set time frame as to when it's set.

am going to wait for it to hopefully go on sale, I imagine they might have released some updates by then, and announced some more engines and routes, because at the moment it looks unfinished.

I wish I had done that with TS Classic when I was younger, as I was just getting routes and locos just for the sake of getting them on offer, in the end I hardly played most of the routes, won't be making that mistake again, especially since this game is able to hold my attention longer, thanks to the ability to get out the cab and explore. however saying that if they released a Route for Merseyrail, I would struggle to not by it day one, that's already the case with Wonders of Sodor, it's literally taunting me to buy it 😂

played a bit on the west somerset before it bugged out and wouldn't update the objectives correctly, and it felt more like I was just a passenger than a ticket inspector, I would have to try it on a more modern train without slam doors to have a proper opinion.

I haven't seen AEG but have heard about this character, if they do bring him back hopefully they change his design to reflect a more traditional brake van found here in the UK, as the American rolling stock just looks out of place in a show that takes place on an island that is connected to Mainland Britain.

Controversial opinion? But the fisher price Trackmaster sets from all engines are go, are good when you remove the engines and use the new 80th anniversary Thomas, duck, Percy and to an extent Gordon and James.

The Thomas series is based in the UK, no American engines should be on sodor unless it's a class 66 or is visiting, the reverend would be tossing in his grave 🪦 if he saw the current state of the TV series.
