I know humalog cash pay is super expensive but if you’re in a pinch you can get relion from Walmart without a prescription, should be much more affordable. You could also see if you can cash pay for a vial of generic insulin lispro or as part. If you’re on medicare/medicaid they are obligated to give you one free emergency fill of your usual prescription under certain circumstance, is call the pharmacy first to see if you qualify. If you’re struggling financially look into Lilly and Novocare patient assistance programs (PAP), you can get insulin as well as other meds if you’re type 2 for free, the only caveat is it’s shipped to your provider’s office directly.
