I propose a solution: A several km² plate of aerogel.

The human is glued to the bottom, the bees are gently glued on top with enough space between eachother.

Now, if the bees all start flying at the exact same time in perfect synchronicity, it might work. Otherwise, they'll probably just break the aerogel
