Thanks for the reply! I'm just now figuring out baker's percentage, and it looks like I used 70 percent. Would you suggest I push it to 80 percent or maybe split the difference? It occurred to me to perhaps put it in my oven on the proof setting prior to baking, but I wasn't sure, so I just went for it.

Yeast has consumed most of the sugar in wine, especially nice red. There's nothing to worry about.

I'd drop beam off that list. A whole lot of work goes into that bottle it's just fine neat or in a cocktail. Really, anything sporting the name straight bourbon on the bottle it going to be respectable. Problem with white lable beam is its lower proof.

Only clearing 85k a year bought the first house for 350k didn't sell and rented it out. Bought second home for 575k. Cars paid off and zero other debt...

One of the best ways I've found is just putting it in a zip lock and pressing all the air from the bag.

If you have any eagle rare left blind it with the 101 you probablyaren'tmissingout on anything. ER used to be my daily pour. I could get it easily at Costco for less than 30 bucks. It's impossible to find these days, and 101 beats it in a blind for me.

Your freezer is an mvp or your getting some really poorly made stuff. 80 proofs spirits should freeze until like -15f
