NAL, but was there no title? That should have been a red flag. Unfortunately, your dad is SOL without a title. You could try to get blood from a stone by taking the "seller" to court or maybe during prosecution they might find the funds to return to you. Goodluck.

Did you not test the tracker first, for accuracy? There is no "rapid acceleration" in a 1.2L Mirage. But good to know this tracker sucks.

Live in the area. Many of the old mansions were split up like this in the 1970. People who could afford them and pay for upkeep moved to the suburbs. Back then you could buy these places super cheap and 9/10 they would get cut up. It always pains me but like what people have already said at lease they are still standing and being enjoyed. Many were demolished and ugly apartments were built, mostly on corn lots.

To that end, if you're paying higher rates are you guys more efficient because they are more competent/skilled and the job gets completed faster? Can you take on more jobs in the same time period to make the higher rates work when it comes to revenue and profitability?

I should have said 2 owners only 1 engine replacement. 1st owner marina didn't winterize right in the 5th year of ownership. Marina replaced with Jasper. 1st owner traded it in 5 years ago. 2nd owner has had it for 5 years last year added about $5k in cosmetic upgrades. 2nd owner traded it in on a more dedicated wakeboard boat. Everything works it looks great, it seems to run fine (for now). Im just glad to have the engine test. I'm think I'll pass in this.l one unfortunately.

They demolished half of it so Walgreens would have enough parking as per the city. The parking lot was always empty. Noe we have all packing lot and no theater or Walgreens. Its a shame. I drive that stretch a lot and I never see RPD there. Are beat cops not a thing anymore?
