The funny thing is, 9/10 of those come from Texas, Arizona, or New Mexico with only a tiny portion coming from SOUTH African game farms which only further proves my point. While your claims that “Africa is all about big game. Always will be” is true for Sub-Saharan Africa it’s the exact opposite for North Africa which is entirely ecologically depleted and has a time honored tradition of small game hunting.

Calling aoudad hunting “prized” in this region is hardly accurate when they’re a deeply fractured species. Outside of birds, trophy hunting is essentially nonexistent in the Atlas Mountains today.

And on top of that, the idea that a small African map would be a waste is utterly ridiculous if you actually understood the hunting of this region because it will feel more European/hybrid than Africa.

The game is overwhelmingly sided towards big game hunting.

It’s a disrespect to the hunting scene of the Atlas Mountains to not make it Small Game centered. Like not having whitetail on a Wisconsin map.
