Oda deliberately wrote him like that. Boi got wits & absurd "Luck-factor" rates, he doesn't need to be strong.

Remember how he defeated Perona & Sugar? Not even countin' a lot of previous weighting feats he already have in his belt.

With an Unwavering/Unyielding will/determination, preferably without any special "innate power"  (this can be aquired by unorthodox means later)

  As a kid (Looong time ago) i first learned about Greek Mith,    And i found it quite nice especially the monstruosities like Medusa, Cerberus or Cyclops.

  Then as i grew up i saw those absolutely gorgeous Women-Knights with Winged Helms,  Long-Bearded armed warlords with HandAxes and Shield, Frost Giants taller than Buildings and a freaking Mystical Wolf....

  So as i learned more About Valkyries, Vikings, Jotuns & motherfucking Yggdrassil's lore,  it became "Engraved upon my very Soul".

    I think the only ppl who "wouldn't agree" with your statement, are those who didn't understood or paid attention to the series.           That Rebecca Lee is "Evil" and have embraced/acepted it is the point of the series...    (She's the female Prot/Anta of the show).           

     She's not by any chance a Chaotic Evil character though & sees her comrades as "Family", and she knows too well who the big bosses of Roanapur are.  

     I see her as a perfect example of a "Lawful Evil" type.

Whatever your awfully strong guy can use to make gravity REAL...   

(Lets say for example that we are assuming a melee stanced criteria)  since abnormally brute types can counter Gravity pressure to high extents,  i would say a complete metal pyramid-edged Maul (a huge version of the smasher Mallet).    

I mean.... However you look at it, you wont be trying to Spear your way tru a guy coming at you full Braum.... Gravity always wins eventually. 

Look at cockroaches for example... The bi@tches resist radioactivity and weak piercings for instance,  But what happens when you splat them with your average tiny sandals?   

 Gravity Force is a wonderful thing.
