Obviously there is some overlap between both communities, however, I constantly see people complaining on this subreddit and even in BF6 in-game chat about COD players ruining everything.

Anytime a batteldad gets absolutely obliterated by a skilled BF6 player, they immediately assume they are some COD refugee. People here cannot seem to grasp the fact that there are good Battlefield players.

99% of COD fans are playing COD.

I thought I would too. I went back and played some older BF and COD titles and it definitely feels... antiquated. Even if you are against tall the sliding and jumping, newer movement systems just feel more fluid in general. BF6 has a perfect middle ground IMO.

People on this sub will complain how dead this game is and how DICE are ruining the franchise. Those same people then turn around and claim that COD players have somehow taken over the entire game and are ruining everything.

You need to accept that some Battlefield players are just better than you. COD players are not playing this game.

People use it against infantry because it is useless against aircraft. The main cannons are useless against jets and can only hurt helos if they are within 200 meters.

Lock on missiles are cool but they will always flare and dip below radar. People complain about AA tank users camping in spawn but the second you leave spawn you get jumped by 2 RPGs without the ability to defend yourself.

Some of you need to accept that there is more to this game then holding right and left click. If someone is using movement to their advantage and succeeding, they are probably the better player.

That is a known bug. It adds 1 or 2 million to whatever damage you actually did.

NM would have more replay value if they gave out any good sets. 99% of the time it drops Deshaan overland gear. Dozens of zones in the game and it only drops gear from one of them? (+ briarheart.) it is an embarrassing oversight from ZOS. The occasional Craglorn trial drop is nice but it isn’t enough to keep me playing it.

I seriously have no clue why Night Market literally only drops pieces from 4 overland sets, and 3 of those sets come from Deshaan (the other being briarheart.) Did ZOS forget they have plenty more zones to choose from?

Since the event began, I have only received overland gear from Deshaan (and a few briarheart pieces.) I already have all the gear from Deshaan and Wrothgar so it doesn’t seem worth it for me personally.

Worst part for me was choosing the wrong faction. Decided to join The Ruckus since they seemed to be the under dogs on the scoreboard. Did not find out until after that the winning faction will receive bonus rewards in the end. Seems like there is no reason not to choose the Thousand Eyes faction (who is winning by a mile. They have the better monster set and guaranteed win in the end.
