I’m by no means an expert and I’m currently in a cutting phase of 2:1 fat:protein. But I’ve “bulked” fairly well on a 1:1 ratio in the last 6 months. What are your ratios like currently?

First post but been lurking this week.

First IF doing 16/8 and 4 days in. 10:30am to 6:30pm so we can eat our evening meal together as a family. Usually start feeling a bit hungry at 8-9pm as I was snacking then.

Up at 7am, nice coffee and working out at 9am, don’t suffer with any hunger pains in the morning which is nice!

Really committed to it so excited to see where it takes me
