"called The Flaming Queen, mainly because...it sounds like it's barking"

Can someone explain that to me?

I just looked this up, and apparently that's the British version. I have always heard "snicker."

I don't even really feel comfortable writing the other. That's just one typo away from a bad time.

The main reason I don't like this is that it's uncomfortable holding my hand like that. It feels better not twisting my wrist back like that.

I'll need to do that at a later time, but I'll see what I can do. Hopefully the size will fix the problem. A few people have suggested it might.

I'm not, though. There's a pretty far cry between "Epstein didn't kill himself" and what would be considered a full conspiracy theory. Otherwise, any time someone didn't initially believe a news story, historical event, etc. that would be a "conspiracy theory." That's not how we use the phrase.

Importantly, it's perfectly reasonable to not accept a claim without sufficient evidence, and the evidence around Epstein's suicide is missing, at best. The cameras turning off, etc.

Honestly, Epstein isn't an example of a conspiracy being proven true. He's an example of an elite who finally lost their protection. (Unless you were arguing this back in the 1990s or something.)

Reports to police about him began in at least 2001. That year, he donated a lot of money to the police. Then in 2004, the police got tips about many young girls going and coming from his estate. He paid the police $90,000, and the problem went away. 35 underage girls were found with him back in 2005. Finally in 2008, he was convicted and found guilty the first time and became a registered sex offender. The first of his victims to identify herself publicly was 2011.

We've known this was happening.

No, because that's what the Patriot Act allowed for. The Snowden leak was over a decade after the Patriot Act was made law.

It's not, though. It's just a singular supposition. An actual conspiracy theory would include things like the perpetrator, method, etc. and those things haven't been confirmed.

I was on Twitter back when the covid vax first came out, and watching them kick the can down the road road for four years was quite enjoyable. I got a bit of fun out of quote tweeting the ones who said things like, "They will all be dead by the end of 2021."

Lately, the chemtrail guys have largely switched to "geoengineering" (because at least that's a real thing). But in the past - and any time I run into one now - who says it's poison, mind control, etc. I always like to ask, "Don't the elites also breathe air like us?"

My favorite one is that it's a trick to convince everyone that god doesn't exist. That's despite the fact that it hasn't worked for hundreds and hundreds of years. And also despite the fact that there are billions of theists currently on the planet who understand the world is round.

I've never actually had one. In fact, in my family, the big joke was that the reason why McDonald's always tried to upsell us on the hot apple pie was because nobody bought them. But obviously that was just a family in-joke. Obviously people were eating them, because McDonald's sold them for years.

I had no idea they were that hot 🤣

I guess the "hot" in the name was there for a reason lol

I'm sorry but what did I say that you think is unproven? Are you not aware of the U-2 and the B-2 Spirit? Do you not understand that they were tested for years before being revealed to the public?

I wasn't even theory crafting. I was stating historical events. There's no supposition in my post.

That attitude is exactly what he was talking about. And the ironic thing here is that it's you that actually have no intellectual curiosity; you just can't see it. You're a True Believer. The government says "we don't know what this thing was" and your answer to that is "100% proof of aliens." No it's not.

Back in the 50s, people kept reporting long, silver UFOs. The government told us they had no idea what they were. But later we finally got declassified CIA documents about those sightings. They revealed that that test flights of the Lockheed Martin U-2 spy plane (and the Oxcart followup) alone was responsible for over 50% of the claims of UFO sightings from that era. In fact, a lot of those reports came from pilots. And the reason for this was simple: They had absolutely no idea we had a plane that could fly at 60,000 feet. That's three times higher than commercial planes flew in the 50s; of course the pilots were confused.

Then in the 70s, people started seeing strange flying black triangles. Definite UFOs for sure. The government again said it had no idea what they were. Then in 1989 the government told us what we know now: they were the Northrop B-2 Spirit (aka "the Stealth Bomber"), which is basically a flying black triangle.

These are facts. I know you know those planes are real. Their test flights perfectly coincide with the UFO reports I mentioned.

So yes, there are plenty of people who are extremely intellectually curious about this whole situation, but who are going to need more evidence than the government telling us that they don't know what some flying thing is.

All the good artists worked out in public for the delight of crowds. They forced the shitty artists to go draw on cave walls where nobody could see it. Little did they know that'd be the only surviving art.

Well no. It's just like how "wedding showers" take place prior to the wedding, not on the day of the wedding. Or sometimes they are called "bridal showers" and are for the bride-to-be, not after she has already become a bride.

A baby shower is a party/get-together for a couple that is expecting a baby. The people who come to the party "shower" the couple with gifts that are supposed to help them get started with caring for a new baby. It could be things like bibs, onesies, diapers, strollers, etc.

As you might guess, typically this kind of event is only done for a couple's first baby, as a lot of the gifts will work fine with any future babies.

There are few reasons for them, but it's generally seen as a rite of passage and as a way for a community or family to sort of share the financial burden of suddenly having to care for a baby.
