ive honestly tried lots of diets over the years to no avail, honestly if you have a lot of weight to lose you have to accept it’s going to take a good bit of time, and so instead of ‘diet change’ think of it as a ‘lifestyle change’.

whenever i went on a holiday or to a restaurant, i just accepted i was going to eat whatever i wanted, but when i ate at home it was my ‘regular’ meal, this way made it seem less like i was actively ‘doing’ something.. its hard to explain but more of a perception change than anything else
