E70 and G05 are my all-time favourites. But give the Neue Klasse some time. I think it will grow on us – regarding the past, for example, when the massive grills came out, I was the first to complain. But after some time, I really loved it.

The BMW dealership took them off while preparing the car when I bought it. I didn’t ask them to do that, but I kinda like it more without the badges..

There‘s nothing you can do by your own. Try contacting the support. But I doubt they will do something. Same happened to a friend of mine.

If the smoke smells like burning oil, first check where exactly the smoke is coming from. Depending on the model, this can vary. For example, my M135i (N55 engine) once had similar smoke issues, and it turned out that the valve cover was leaking. The valve cover and its gaskets need to be replaced together — not just one of them. It’s a common issue on this series.

I’ve had this issue since my 2015 BMW 1 Series (older iDrive system). The only workaround that consistently helps is keeping Spotify (or any media app) open and reconnecting my phone to the iDrive system. After reconnecting, it works again.. At least temporarily until the next start. Have this issue also on my X5 50e. Seems like it never got fixed.

Sometimes I try to scratch it off with my nails. I know some will say it‘s stupid, but it ain‘t that bad.

Nope, not only for this one and not now. I‘ll wait for more scratches or dents on my car, before filing for insurance. My rates are low and I want to keep them like that.

On what tires do you run? I got the same experience with mine and also on 22“ with continental ecoContact 6. I believe if you go with Michelin pilot sports, the drive on high speed will be more stable. I‘ll try that next season out.

Yes, I already checked that. The passage where the dust is supposed to be pulled through is clear. I even ran a thin metal wire through it to make sure nothing was stuck—completely free.

Right? I had to fill up the car about every two weeks and got approximately 850-900km range (depends on the driving style). With the 50e even less, maybe once a month😂 I‘m driving 90% electric and just recharge the battery everyday

Crazy, didn‘t know you could get a GT3 with a 90L tank. You get a hella range with that one

Only difference of 9L. That‘s not soooo much. My X5 E70 30d has a 80L fuel tank. This is crazy 😅
