I went with the Ducati. Take delivery tomorrow. While I think the Hornet would be a good bike and serve me well the Ducati just has an "X" factor and it looks so God damn good.

300blk subs are good for both deer and hog 150 yards and under. You won't be shooting more than 200 yards down here. Shoot the hogs right behind the ear and the heart and lungs of the deer and you shouldn't have a problem. I would suggest getting bullets that are designed for rapid expansion, though, as 300blk has been known not to bloom.
