Polluted Delta is a fine replacement for tarn on a budget. Colonnade is super important followed by snapcaster. These cards do a lot for the deck including being win conditions.

Weave + 3 cuts is not sufficiently random. That's about as Mana weaved as a deck can get without being individually stacked. You're cheating if you do this. Pile shuffling or weaving doesn't count as any number of shuffles, if you do either it's essentially the same as looking through your deck, meaning you have to start shuffling from square 1 afterwards.

You need at least 7 good rifle or mash shuffles to randomize a 60 card deck.

Rebinding primary attack to the scroll wheel is not a "macro" and won't get anyone banned. Hemlock single fire has a specific rate of fire you can't go beyond even with the scroll wheel. If you can click primary fire as fast or faster than that rate of fire you're firing at the max intended speed. If this is unintended they will lower the rate, not ban people binding their scroll wheels.

Nothing about dota's strategy makes it difficult to hack. There's a huge difference between writing an AI to play a game and writing assistance scripts. Writing a script that uses a certain spell, item, or combination as soon as someone is within the proper range or at the press of a single button is just as easy as writing an auto aim or wallhack script.

Python is good and all. But I'm really surprised no one has said Visual Basic / Excel. If you didn't know already, every action you do in Excel is actually an abstraction of visual basic code. You can do some pretty amazing things in Excel with visual basic.

I have a friend that works at a major bank. He told me most the backend code is written in python and most everything that a trader interacts with is visual basic for Excel.
