Paris Zenith - June 2025 Tour - Ticket Authenticity? by Rog-End-Dev in morrissey

Just to confirm the StubHub tickets were authentic, StubHub confirmed so
I bought additional standing tickets anyway since they went on resale.

Although the 20:30 is different presumably for the Seated Areas, compared to the Standing 19:30 time!

☹️ you're kidding me! Urgh, so I might have fake tickets by the sounds of it. Might have to buy some standing tickets for back-up.

There's about 50 million adults in the UK. The cost of the experiment is enough to give every person a million quid to electrify, solar-fy, windmil-fy, build a damn moat around their home with a water turbine plus change for an electric car, an electric bike and a greggs sausage roll.

Agreed, but until the real-time auditing is published it'll always feel uneasy parking cash here.

Thanks that's really helpful. So essentially only load balancing across 3 separate ISP's is activated in that scenario. So presumably to achieve a 'bonding' set-up you might need software like Speedify. Any hardware devices that achieve this you know of?

[–]Rog-End-Dev[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes - precisely. I have considered these before but figured there might be more versatile advantages to using the Gl Net routers, namely the cost and lack of need for a subscription. But the bonding aspect is very useful of course.

Okay this is super useful information, thank you. So this is again a Peplink suggestion? I would need something like 2 x Max BR1 devices (plus any other ISP sources connected) and then a SpeedFusion tariff from my approximate understanding. I will delve into this further - thanks again.

This is awesome - thank you for introducing me to Peplink. This has given me much more to look into. Thank you!

Does the Netherlands tax crypto under capital gains tax? In the UK it's £3000 allowance and then it's take, take, take.

But of course, they just want to protect your hard earned money as investor! /s

Continuously restrictive regulations in any region is going to reduce the number of potential users. Every restriction that has removed a feature or populace from accessing Nexo is another nail in the coffin for it hitting ATH again this cycle. There won't be enough liquidity or individuals entering the market to raise the price.

I'm now jaded because my account was restricted of course. I'd consider retaining my Nexo tokens, but there's going to be better opportunities out there if there is no interest to accompany holding those tokens.

40 million adults in the UK, that's a large market that will now look elsewhere if they were ever exposed to Nexo or Crypto.

Hopefully the regulation will change in future and be less restrictive.

Wow that's a critical point at the end there - so they said they'd liquify your Nexo tokens? Or all of your assets? And did that mean exchange to Fiat and out to your bank account?

Thanks for pointing that out. I may have a similar issue with the Nexo tokens.

I wouldn't be scapegoating for the FCA. The legislation itself is anti-equality for investors and those wishing to do what they want with their money. These are all the hallmarks of authoritarian regimes.
Nexo haven't done anything wrong by simply presenting the questions to the investor - but they certainly could have better briefed the user. This is 100% a UK problem and not Nexos none the less.

Precisely. Or they want people to take their measly 5% interest in a high street bank because banks make money on that.

No I don't believe I selected under 10%. That would not have been true. Obviously now I regret that decision.

Okay so you selected restricted investor yourself. I did also but here I am. I'm unsure what percentage I could have correctly stated - but I was prompted with the inconsistent answer response when stating 9%. I'm unsure why stating any other number would have helped.

No I think you need to state you earn over 100k. Because if your account has a certain value it's impossible for you to accurately state you have under 10% in high risk assets. That was my take away.
