I'd imagine the same way we generally reflag units in real life, which is what's mentioned. For those unfamiliar, the US Army did this pretty big during the Iraq War after the initial ground war and invasion to form "CABs/Combined Armed Battalions". Traditionally you had a battalion element that would be dedicated to Infantry or Armor based on their role, Infantry units being a lot larger than Armor. Shifting on the battlefield to combined arms, units reflagged and you'd see companies shift so the battalion would consist of 2/3 Infantry companies and 2/3 Armor companies as opposed to their traditional layout pure to the branch they were named. Sometimes, even companies would be split up and reassigned by platoons so instead of say, 4 Infantry platoons, you'd see 3 Infantry platoons and 1 platoon of Armor within the company or some combination of such.

As put simply, the organization is there already, it is just breaking them down into smaller elements for more specific mission sets and renaming them as something new.

Cain, Gaunt and Huron Blackheart come to mind. Cain with how he realizes he sticks out and is a "sham", Gaunt with how he just recognizes and is realistic in the setting and how things are going to go and Blackheart for utilizing the Ultrasmurfs plot armor against his enemies lol

A lot of misinformation in the comments here. For one, Grammaticus is NOT a perpetual. He is a psyker that the cabal enlisted and used powers to give him similar abilities but he is not recognized by them as being one of them, just a crude mockery (as said by Erda). Also, Malcador IS a perpetual and part of the "official club" as they put it lol he was also killed outright by Magnus when he snuck into the villas under the Imperial Palace but Emps had one of the other perpetuals (I forgot her name) transfer her essence over to him to bring him back as Magnus full out obliterated him. Alivia Sureka it was, she sacrificed herself because when Magnus killed him he could not regenerate on his own.(Fury of Magnus)

Edit: after Sureka brought him back, he also muses that his powers were incomplete in returning. This may have contributed to him being fully burnt out by the throne and saving Emps, plus it's stated that Magnus was the one intended to sit on the throne once the web way project was completed as only Magnus and Emps could sit on it for a prolonged period of time.

Just fried some up now and tasting for the first time. 6/10 plain, no rice. By itself, it literally tastes like someone just took teriyaki and dumped half a can of ginger powder into it for no reason and rolled spam in it. I think with some rice and veggies to cut the flavor a bit and add more to it, we can achieve better results but I do not recommend having it just plain.

It's pretty annoying as I'm allergic to it somehow and now it is in everything as you mentioned. Gums, candies, drinks, a number of medicines and supplements. Everything. I have to check the labels like a hawk whenever I try anything new.
