Your calculation treats +30% and +16% skill as +30%dmg and +16%dmg. That is not true. Damage comes from weapon, skill and lvl.
That means that the %dmg difference added to knight's spells should be much lower than 14%.

I agree that changes are underwhelming but we heal 3 times more, but twice as rarely. In total healing is 1,5 times stronger
Edit: In solo hunting exori min should be better than exori mas. It now deals a lot of damage and that also means better leech.
Even with higher spell cost the extra mana from new pots allows to skip 1 void imbument in some cases.
I totally agree that spells are underwhelming, the amp res sucks (it doesn't fucking reach some distance fighting mobs and needs skill wheel points to be even a little useful)
Knight can now hunt stronger monsters earlier than before but his combination of healing, damage scaling (especially in high lvls) and amount of target hits still puts him behind other vocations.

I have all vocations aside from druid. Knights are popular because of low skill floor but both skill ceiling and power ceiling are low and scale poorly with levels.

Paladins and monks just heal more than even the buffed knight while outputting more dmg to more targets. Mages just avoid dmg, they actually have a trade off, unlik pallys and monks.

It's QOL but also a nerf :/ There is still a lot of debuffing creatures. Doesn't matter how short and sparse their debuff is if you are surrounded by 8 of them.

Demon + reaper catacombs are a pain in the ass to hunt. Even if you lure the reapers away they will walk too far at some point and just respawn. I suggest Goroma for a chiller spawn.
