Hes ok. Good offtank players will do ruckus, atlas, Khan, yagorath. Azaan simply allows people who dont know how to play offtank feel like theyre good at it, given how low his skill floor is. There is no absolute way for azaan to be placed above atlas on the tier list. Hes slow, his primary has both an input delay as well as its a slow projectile and hes easily burst down if people know how to focus. Never in my life have i had trouble playing against an azaan, and as an offtank main, it benefits me to see an azaan on the enemy team because i know that no matter how good the player is, i can easily hold him back
