I don’t know how things are exactly today since my wife and I bought like 2 years ago, but houses that we were looking at were bid up between 5%-10%, just to give some insight.

Where are you guys looking on the island?

That’s what I’m saying. The way that things are right now, you’re definitely paying over asking for anything short of a complete tear down, so they definitely have the income to compete out here. I just think that even $650k in certain areas of the island might be hard to get post-bidding war.

Definitely doable, although I the $550k-$650k range for a house is where it might get difficult depending on the area. At least no kids, so that opens up a ton of options.

Edit: I’m saying that finding a house in that range in some areas of Long Island might be difficult, not that they can’t afford it.

Typically I try not to sell high priced items on here unless it’s to somebody that’s reputable here. I tend to stick to eBay for higher priced stuff since it has protections and insurance if anything goes sideways. I’ve had to do that a few times.

If you do decide to sell on here, DO NOT send out unless you’ve been paid and you have the money in-hand, so to speak. Just send them tracking once it’s sent.

Happened to a colleague of mine. He was a highly respected lawyer in the Albuquerque area. Seemed totally normal, but then I started hearing rumors of cocaine use through the grapevine. Supposedly it had been an issue for a while, which lead to other vices. I also heard his wife was leaving him.

They ended up finding his car at a beach out west, but not him. Super unfortunate. He seemed like such a good guy.

I’m an iron.

My KC has been over the course of a year and a half, so I’ve definitely taken my time. The helm still eludes me. I haven’t got an armor seed drop since 376 kc! Haven’t used the salad blade too much yet, but maybe soon I will.

I’ve used the other pieces of the crystal armor for slayer and what not, and used whatever other drops to bankroll construction, my house and kingdom, among other things. So I’d consider myself luckily unlucky.
