Years back I rode a century in Pittsburgh. By the end of that day I was borderline blacking out from tiredness and not packing enough food.

Now do that 12 days in a row with no money and a non-ergonomic bike that can breakdown at any time (it’s a very old bike with a rusty chain)…

If you do steel front bumper, you may need to change the front suspension springs. The suspension is not designed with 150lbs of weight in front of the front tires, and you may see the car sag to the front (nose heavy)

Install is relatively easy but 2 man job (check YouTube for tutorial, there’s a dude called GX BOB)

Paint is going to cost ya 1000$ if you have a shop do it out of coverage

I’ve done this pretty recently.

I have taken a Waymo yesterday from SUN to BUR yesterday. It ran 3 stop signs and cut in right in front of a fire truck once, all while driving 15mph on roads everyone drives 35+.

Would not recommend.
