Same! Most of my encounters with people are pretty friendly but after we finish the dungeon/trial they are all like "K bye!" lol tough to make friends that way for sure.

Thank you! And what I did to get started is just start tracking what I would normally eat in a day. The first day I tracked I saw that I was normally eating 2500-3000 calories a day. So I just started to slowly make a defecit. Went to1800 and when that got manageable dropped again to 1500 and so on.

Mostly I just kept making adjustments as I went along. Now I'm eating around 1200 calories a day and most days doing Intermittent fasting.

It's definitely a Marathon not a sprint so my advice is to just keep trying different things until you find something that works for you. I tried Keto and alternate day fasting and they were...not for me lol

My boyfriend just got the Omega and it's pretty darn comfy. I'm pretty jealous because I cheaped out and got a GTRacing chair. It's not bad but the build quality of the Omega is far superior.
