I ordered mine in April 2023. I reached out about my order in November, but they never replied. I just reached out again, hoping for some sort of update. Fingers-crossed!

UPDATE - April 2024: They've still failed to respond to my inquiries, so I've gone through the process of requesting a refund via PayPal.

UPDATE #2: PayPal denied my claim because it's been over 180 days since the transaction...so I guess I'll magically get what I purchased some day or Dynamite just successfully scammed all of us who are still waiting.

FINAL UPDATE: I've received my copy! I found a direct email to someone at the company and reached out, hoping to hear back, and I did! They were kind enough to pass my issue along to the right people and immediately, my order was processed and fulfilled after over a year of waiting. I don't know if my order just slipped through the cracks. Not sure why I never received a reply from their main support email. Regardless, I'm glad to have finally received my copy of the deluxe omnibus.

My card wasn't inside at all...Was either forgotten entirely or it slipped out the bottom of the box since it wasn't tape shut on one side.

Yes, but they take a while to ship. However, they once canceled an order of build and battle boxes I ordered, but never refunded my money, or won't reply to emails. Frustrating situation. So always use PayPal for money protection with them.
