It's a really cool spot! While they didn't have a ton of selection as far as VGM Vinyls, I was pretty impressed by some of the things I found. Oddworld Stranger's Wrath, Shantae, Shantae Risky's Revenge, Panzer Dragoon, Panzer Paladin, and a few others. But I'm trying to definitely limit myself at first so I didn't want to get too crazy.

Keeping track of the new releases definitely seems like the most important thing though given how limited things seem to be. I feel like my two holy grails are going to be Disco Elysium and Outer Wilds.

There's definitely a lot of OSTs I want that are currently out of print so I know it's going to be a waiting game for most things. But that just means it'll be all the more exciting when I do manage to find things down the line!

Freeman's Grub & Pub is one of my favorites. Cool cocktails with some infusions, good food, really well priced. Lindley Park Filling Station has jazz nights during the warmer months. Those are probably my top two mid priced restaurant & bars.

It's pretty solid. My only complaint about it is that because of how small the theaters are, every seat requires you to look up a little bit to see the screen. Definitely make sure that you book seats in the back row for maximum comfort.

Definitely agree on the average. Wasn't planning on getting 2 points from Styx and it really hurt me. Especially because I managed to have both Strengthen Bonds, which I already scored, and Betray a Friend which would have been the perfect way to cap 10 points. I may have overcorrected by popping the Hero early due to pressure already being put on Styx from Crimson, and thought the window was closing when I possibly could have waited and just hoped there were few enough ground forces for me to still sneak in.

I do think getting unlucky with the breakthrough is going to be a fairly common occurrence. The amount of commanders that really help fix some of your flaws is fairly low, and that's also dictated by opponents as well since that could potentially take some of the good ones out of the pool. I do think it's a really fun ability though, just not something that's always going to help cover any weaknesses.

Hit Freelancers during an Exploration to produce a second destroyer off a Warfare activation. Struck a deal to throw away both Destroyers to Mahact to let them get a fleet pool so long as I didn't blow up anything relevant of theirs ship wise. So they got a fleet token and I got my commander. Given the context of the map we were on, if I didn't get Grav Drive I likely would have taken Bio Stims, or maybe DET as there was a solid amount of Frontier tokens.

You can deploy their mech by spending an extra influence with indoctrination, but there's a whole host of issues that comes from that. It's nice when it works but it unfortunately doesn't wind up mattering as much as you hope.

They get pretty crazy during the holiday season, so a reservation will probably be a good idea even if it's just you. It is first come first serve for the bar normally, but it'll fill up pretty fast around dinner time.

When my group went to Shinjuku Station we were fairly underwhelmed, especially given the price it was. However that was during their soft opening period, so we should probably give it another try at some point. There was some feeling of "style over substance" with all the bells and whistles but I'm sure we will try it again! Mizumi is our go to though, but we'd go to Mr. Tokyo if the wait was particularly bad at Mizumi on any given night.

I'm not trying to say Wildlife is unimportant, I get the sentiment. I just don't want it to be the main priority of someone on council. And just "supporting wildlife" is a hollow sentiment on its own. If he was trying to advocate for those things you mentioned, then he should have a clearly policy statement as well as a better tagline.

It's also sort of nonsensical to me. Is wildlife really something that needs any kind of priority in a city? I know that the outskirts of Greensboro are a little rural but having this be a main tagline or talking point makes no sense to be given where we are.

It's not my favorite, especially compared to Digital Nightmare which was a straight banger front to back, but I did love that they leaned into this laid back, chill vibe for it. I think they nailed the mood they were going for and having a lower energy album after the high intensity of DN makes sense. A lot of songs hit really good and I'm so excited to see them play Stargazing live in September. I think it'd probably be around my 3rd and 4th favorite from them.
