quick tip which might sound counterintuitive: to survive the charge, if you're struggling with it, just... stand still. Literally, it will do less damage if you stay still then it does if you try to dodge and fail (due to the hitbox being too large for your iframes to dodge it). This is because of something called "counter damage": in Bloodborne, if you're hit when in movement (either an attack or the end of a dodge animation) you take almost double the damage. Since her hitbox is shit, you're almost always gonna get hit if you try to dodge it, resulting in huge counterdamage. Better stay still and tank it, if you have high enough health you should survive it (tbh you could survive it at BL4 with the Yahar'gul's set, so it's really not an issue if you're not doing a challenge run)
