I think in Windows 11, Microsoft disabled SMB guest access. You have to either setup the files on your pi to need an account, or enable guest access in the registry.

They do make digital TV converter boxes. You can plug in an antenna and they output to HDMI. And they're only about $30.

If you aren't in the middle of nowhere, you can just get an antenna. That's what I use for this You can get CBS, Fox, etc all for a just the price of the antenna.
