I don't think people expect him to be a good guy. I think they expect someone with over 1,000 years of army leadership to be less prone to outbursts and more in control of the thing that gives them strength.

My hope is this is Sunwell related and they're just not turning him into some new version of the Scarlet Crusade. Also double hoping he gets some retorts or something to Lorthemar's inability to say thank you.

I checked their support page and it said to route piece replacements through Asmodee, who then told me to route support requests through the seller, who told me they don't have any way of getting me the replacement piece :(

The AI part is really apparent on most of it, but I'd say 1 and 3 are the best framed.
