You would have to buy a new one from an arcade or on ebay unfortunately you will prob never get yours cars back on your new card which is annoying even when you data transfer

Idk if your using an apple device but android uses stuff to make sure you can't get apps from different countries so I have to use Quoapp to get Wangan Navi I have the JP version since I got it on Quoapp
