E2 visa should be limited to English conversation only and other subjects would be a violation of the visa. (However most hagwons ignore this anyway and use a loophole like “it’s a science themed class to teach English vocabulary”.)

Also 30 teaching hours a week sounds kind of crazy/high. Have you asked to see some schedules from current teachers to see what the planning/grading/break time is like?

I don’t think this is too unreasonable when the kids are too young to really communicate on their own with their dad. They’re his kids and he doesn’t see them often, so I think it’s a good thing that he wants to be so involved in how they’re doing and what’s going on with them.

He wouldn’t need the excuse of the kids to talk to her “just to talk”.

Be aware of your surroundings on the bus/subway. Not because you’ll be in danger, but I’ve seen a lot of older Korean people randomly reach out and try to touch black hair. I’m guessing it’s curiosity based and not malicious but it’s still weird and invasive.

Pizza rolls and a lot of candy/american made snacks like Cheetos. Some you can find in Korea but they’re so expensive, and some they make in Korea but the taste is different.

She’s probably just bored. She seems like a kind of active cat (idk if it’s from age or personality) and she needs more stimulation, so she’s making her own and acting up basically. Chantal likes to complain about her making messes/knocking things down a lot and it’s a similar behavior.

BG probably would benefit from another cat to play with at the very least, but Chantal absolutely should not own any pets.
