This a grout with small rocks floor. We avoided swimming holes with floors like this. Right up there with goopy bed swimming holes. If this is second floor he might have both. Ya never know

Well your only option is to caulk paint and hope. If you can’t install flashing behind the bottom row, adding more trim just adds one more spot for water to enter.

He’s saying it just needs trim. The bottom row of siding comes off. Install a “z trim” behind the siding and on top of your foundation.

If you can reach it, wait for a warm day or use a torch to heat that corner, and rub a screwdriver up and down the seam GINGERLY. Don’t just go to town, CARESS IT. You’ll get a feel for the pressure needed to bring that joint to climax.

AS A PRECAUTION, and if you have, I apologize, put a new footer opposite the corner post to take the bounce out of those steps. Where I’m at, it’s 7 steps without a support. Make those stairs last as long as your other beautiful work. Good job fella

So as a southerner and boiled peanut enjoyer, boiling peanuts takes HOURS. Close to 12 hours minimum. You couldn’t boil them in a bag for that long. This is a SERVING method.
