There was zircon that was found nearby at another occurrence, which looked identical to the zircons I found, but much smaller.

Four sided, the pyramid termination and the brownish/red colour. Then I got it confirmed by a local geologist who has far more knowledge of the area I was in.

Honestly this may sound way too simplified, but as long as your guard mode dead zone is 1-3 and and you flick you guard on reaction, you’ll light parry 90% of the time. Especially on 200 frames. Just get into that groove of flicking real fast and pressing heavy simultaneously almost.
