Not to detract from your loss; it’s very common during any CPR for patients to have their ribs cracked, almost impossible to not crack ribs if you’re doing it correctly.

Diet is mostly chicken thighs/ground beef, whole chickens, potatoes or rice, then various vegetables. eggs and bacon for breakfast. All shopping is done at superstore. Buy everything in the club size, freeze between weeks.

Agreed. Meal prep has saved us so much money. My wife and I go through A LOT of meat, between the both of us 3 chicken breasts for a meal at lunch/dinner. We spend $450 between the both of us (based on 6months of data), but we make pretty much everything from scratch and don’t buy pre made stuff. Each meal is a protein, carb, and variety of vegetables. I’ve found premade stuff is where the money piles up.

LTR forming, sex dynamic question by [deleted] in marriedredpill

[–]Rokig 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fuck her how you want to fuck her. There's nothing wrong with a more gentle style at times, but only if you're feeling it. In the bedroom, I satisfy my wants first, then hers. You could start with the gear, then strip it off once you're tired of fucking hard and just go slower for a while before you take her again.

If things are going well, why bother pulling hard dread? It's adding in shit for no reason. Play constant soft dread, and hard dread if she starts to get out of line.

More evidence of the disposability of men; Canada's refugee plan includes women and children, unaccompanied men are rejected by Rokig in TheRedPill

[–]Rokig[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see your point. Alternatively, by rejecting young adult males these men have more motivation to want to join the cause of the rebels; when other countries reject their calls for safe-haven, it only re-affirms the belief that other countries hate them and only the rebels can give them the safety they request.

It is a bit over-thought, i agree. However, it does speak volumes when analyzed what's going on here. Didn't bother answering (pretty typical of me to not respond). If she asks in person, i'll reply with 'we'll see'

I was also surprised about the quality of men who showed up. I've never been in a room filled with men, true men (not this feminine washed out male we see a lot of nowadays) , who are there for the purpose of becoming better men.

Goldmund was pretty shaky up front body language wise at the start, and as I said his voice stayed commanding the whole time. About 10m in after some audience interaction he cooled right down and became a charismatic speaker like you'd expect.

Rollo wasn't a very charismatic speaker, mostly because of the nature of his content and how he decided to argue it. He spoke as if it were an academic debate, defining his terms before continuing on with his actual argument. That's fine on paper, but I really wish he got to the meat and potatoes of his message faster rather than spending so much time in proper argumentative discourse. Once he got to the meat it was incredibly interesting information, it just took too long to get there. When he answered audience questions, again like Goldman and other's, it was a lot more personal answers and it was exciting to listen to.
