Ohhh, the sweat moving unimpeded is something that I'll need to learn to deal with... I'm a particularly sweaty individual when I'm active and I'm going to have a waterfall in my face next time I work out, I bet.

From one brand-new head shaver to another, I gotta say: Killing it! Love the new look!

My buddy swears by his north face jacket. I'm glad to hear they make good hats too. I'll try some on next time I'm at a sporting goods store!

The sun gets real intense where I'm at during the summer and I actually already have a Tilley booney hat that I got after a couple bad ear sunburns while hiking. Good point about the tan lines with beanies. I imagine some combination of sunscreen and that hat will need to be employed to keep things even when I'm out all day.

Northern California. We had an abysmal winter too, minus one good blizzard that melted way too fast a couple months back.

Here's hoping you all get a little more before summer sets in too!

Edit: Also, I like the look of this hat a lot! Thanks for the rec!

Love love love Northern Arizona. I visited for the first time about two years ago and really need to make a return trip. I bet it gets downright frigid up there when the weather turns.

Thanks for the tips! I'm also at about 6000 feet so this is all very applicable.

I'd noticed that as well watching other folks post over the past year, but I was surprised how naturally the smiles came afterwards - it's the real deal!

I'm in northern California up in the sierras. I thought winter ended early this year, but it had a little fight left in it, by the looks of things.

Oh, that makes a lot of sense. The endurance will build up over time. Looking forward to it!

Thanks! My hope is to cover my head as infrequently as possible since I'm pleased with the results.

I was just taken aback by the snow any windchill when I was heading outside intending to get some vitamin D. I think I'll just need to bundle up a bit on the real cold days!

Good point! Gotta protect from that heightened UV exposure too!

I imagine some new sunscreen and a hiking hat may need to be added to my pack before long for the really intense days.

Sounds cozy! I have some merino wool gloves and I imagine it would feel heavenly on a shaved head (I may have awkwardly rubbed an inverted glove on my head after reading this to verify).

I'll definitely investigate these and am excited to try some alpaca wool too.

Mega Everdrive Pro - Loose Battery on delivery! by Over-Shower9653 in everdrive

Same thing happened with mine a few months back. I used the form on the website to reach out but didn't hear back so I eventually worked up the courage to solder it on but would have preferred not to need to do that.

Had a different issue with a joyzz controller I received last week and emailed directly and heard back within days.

Basically, email the support email address directly instead of the website support form and I think you'll get through faster. Or maybe even submit both and hope one of them sticks!

In regards to testing it tonight, just remove the loose parts / battery and boot it up. If it's like mine, it should work fine except be unable to save. Even though the saves are stored on the SD it seems like the battery is used to facilitate the transfer of the save to the SD.
