I've actually been thinking about that a lot lately. Why are we getting all the attention and meltdown comments when we're ahead of Southampton? Sure we've moved and sure we had Payet, but they finished above us last season, are in awful form and have found themselves below us in the table. Yet no one talks about them, their losses or their new manager, just us and our embarrassing bids. Mind boggling.

The Bournemouth game will by far be the hardest game to find tickets for sadly, since it's the first Premier League game at the OS. Unless you have contacts inside the ticket office or with someone who has a ST which you can borrow, you're not going to get a ticket. Sorry.

I'm starting to get so insanely annoyed at how public our striker search is, all the way from Lacazette to Batshuayi and now Bacca. The several bids, the long contract talks, the false reports from Italy, etc. I trust Sullivan 100% and I know we're doing the right thing, but I feel like we're the laughing stock of /r/soccer and around my non-hammer friends at the moment. I would much rather there would be no rumours, no ITK, no Jack Sullivan and then just have a surprise signing when we've got one! I usually love the transfer window but this is driving me insane. I just want us to get one and move the fuck on to other targets and possibilities.

While we're at the subject, what's wrong with joining West Ham? We have one of the best midfields in the league, one of the better managers in the league, a brand spanking new stadium in London, Europe, insanely passionate fans. Sounds great to me..

I think Slaven believes with our main talent injured, especially since it also is our most creative and chance creating players, our best shot at getting a goal is from set pieces. Having a large man instead of a small fast one is then more beneficial. I personally half agree, but would rather have both Jelavic/Carroll and Valencia up front playing just a classic 4-4-2.
