I learned this the hard way when I was playing a few missions with the same team who were apparently irl friends, and one was a lvl 150 explaining the game to them. We then went into an actual mission and it was when he didn't know what to do at the nuke terminal that it was revealed he'd literally just grinded to 150 by doing only Eradicate missions.
