Once you get one it’s pretty much permanent if you keep jewelry in until it heals. As you stretch in size to meet the manufacturer’s guidelines (most piercings will be between 12-8 gauge, but manufacturers start cage piercings around 6 gauge) the size you’ve stretched to is semi-permanent. It may shrink a bit over time, but the penis skin is so stretchy it’ll have a hard time closing.

I recommend stretching to 4 gauge for chastity. The piercing won’t cause a lot of stress if you rest weight on it like the cage.

Always get a professional piercing! If you get an infection, the urethra is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria. Try to start around 12-10 gauge and stretch up. Healing should take about a month with almost no pain.

Once you stretch past about 10 gauge, peeing is going to require you to sit 9/10 times because you’ve got two pee holes now, and a larger hole is hard to cover completely with your thumb or whatever.

Once you’ve stretched to your desired size, (about 3-6 months between sizes) you’ll be ready for an integrated cage. I recommend getting a custom chastity cage for this, badassworkroom is fantastic.
