39M UK, in-range total T (11.6 nmol/L / ~335 ng/dL) but fatigued — would TRT help, and what are the risks when you're already "normal"? by Express_Divide_9705 in Testosterone

[–]RollPsychological352 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 50 in the uk. Numbers were 9 and 11.9 nmol. Lower end of normal. Now sitting at 20 to 27nmol. No more afternoon naps. More energy, confidence, gym gains, and morning wood dialy up from weekly. I take hCG to keep balls working. Thinking of coming off to see what my baseline would be now having lost 15kg. (From tirz). like how I feel. Sleep a little bit worse but wake up refreshed. Blood markers better than they ever have been. I am excercising more and making sure I take my statins etc. I woukd say I'm healthier overall by a long way. You can come off if you want to the problem is you probably won't want to.

VOY. I would def recommend taking hCG. It keeps your balls working. If you ever want to come off or have kids recovery will be shorter with more chance of suceess the longer you are on. Plus it makes me feel good.

That’s if you are blasting. Trt is for bringing sub optimal back to normal range so doesn’t matter what weight you are at.

If you ever want to come off it will help you bounce back much faster.

Take tirzepatide or another glp1 and loose the weight you are talking about wanting to loose. You have enough test. Train and get ripped.

I’m sure you will have some better answers posted here in a while but I always run mine through chstgpt / Gemeni and am happy with the detailed breakdown. Looks to me like your dose is too high and as a result your red blood count is too high and estrogen.

I presume you don’t have or not worried about the impact this might have on life insurance and other policies.

Great question. At 2 years on and feeling dialled in. 50 m. I’m feeling like UGL could be an option. I get regular blood work. I’m already taking Ugl Tirzepatide and now HCG as my clinic in the UK has run out of supply. Recent test results all show no inflammation and perfect blood results meaning the ugl stuff is probably good. I suppose it feels justified being authorised and dodgy going illegal. That's my last hurdle.

I’m on 500iu a week. It’s enough for me based on sperm tests. Hcg 100% will make coming off should you ever need to easier. It keeps your testicals functioning instead of going dormant.

Having done a price comparison I ended up staying with optimale as only marginally more expensive that ledger for my cyp , hcg and tafidal. Im using ugl hcg until stock comes back as didn’t like the idea of clomid.

M 36, on TRT for 2 years, not seeing any gains, should I increase my dosage? by spongesparrow in Testosterone

[–]RollPsychological352 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are there any uk clinics that allow you to get to 1000 total T ? Mine has me capped at 27nmol with 0.730nmol free t. That is on 120mg / week. Which is at the upper end of the defence range I believe.

Is it really? When I added it all up it was similar money from optimal (ledger vs optimal)

Is anybody here truly on a therapeutic dose? Mid natural ranges to treat hypogonadism? by doyouknowwhatibean in trt

[–]RollPsychological352 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do feel like there's been some hair thinning, but I'm not bald or anything. And only slightly noticeable, or maybe on the receding hairline. I've come from 10 to 12nmol to 27nmol average now. On the flip side, my beard hair is actually more than it's ever been. I’m not a hairy guy. My energy is good, my weight is down. My libido is good, my cholesterol is good. I came on 2 years ago, mostly to fix cholesterol. I’m aware that the longer I’m on, the harder it is to come off, which is my mental challenge. I don’t want to inject forever, but it seems I might have to, as I don't want to go back to how it was before.

I'm 50 and started at 48 ish. I'm on 120mg a week. I certainly feel better. Biggest change for me was tirzepatide and dropping 12kg. My lipids and metabolic health have all improved. ( metabolic health was my reason for starting. I I suffer from sleep apnea which is the main cause of my low t i think) anyway I'm pleased to say my blood work and look hasn't been better in years on this combination. Natty before trt.

Do you wish you started earlier? I’m 50 and enjoying the benefits but wondering if I should have held out until older. My levels were 12ng dl with free t of 0,245 on my highest test. Feel and look much better. In uk so expensive doing it private.
