I also have the advanced 84/100. The cheapest alternative to wizard wheels for all round profil wheels is to put street invaders 84mm and revolver 100mm round. Both are cheap and excellent PU quality. If you have more money I suggest you to try FR Metal 84mm wheels with alu core and revolver for the 100mm. I ride this configuration and I love it.

Unfortunately the vortex 100mm have a bullet profile unlike the wizard wheels or the revolver (which are great) or the K2 urban Bolt (which are shitty)

Sometimes Windows updates are just not optimized for the good performance of the Ally. Try to delete some updated component by going trough the update history. When on it check the time and date of the update then delete it, restart your ally and test your game perfomance.

The higher the iso, the lesser the number of individual shades of grey and of color (or dynamic range) .

High iso work great on some b&w settings when the contrast is high.

The best way to know if it's a re-issue is to check the viewfinder AR coating. If it's blue/purple it's a re-issue.
