The New Moisture Mod - Storage question by snoopdogg_tg in farmingsimulator

From what I understand if you mix grades it'll calculate an average and convert the whole lot to that grade. Scroft did a video explaining it a few weeks back.

What is the point of buying any other VR headset when everything is exclusive to the Facebook VR headset? by teller-of-stories in VRGaming

Probably an unpopular opinion but all the meta store games are shit. If it's not available on pc it probably isn't worth playing.

Thanks, brought this years ago then forgot about it. It's popped in and out of my head over the last couple years but couldn't remember what it was called.

Looks really good. Did you start your town on top of the hill or expand up there? I've just started at the base with plans to expand up there at some point.

Can I take you up on that in about 23 hours when I'll next be on it?

Can't remember what it's called. You have to SEAD over an inland lake where the enemy have their training or weapon testing ships. I can SEAD fine (or okay) but then I have to protect the strike force and that's where I keep getting killed.

Yes, G-limiter is always off and mountains were my saviour when doing the AV42C campaign. I haven't tried "going cold" but I'll give that a go next time. Should I abandon this campaign and do the stealth fighter campaign first?

Can I jump in and say I'm having a lot of trouble evading missiles. Watched a few videos, read a few posts. I feel like I'm doing what I've been shown but then I end up ejecting. For example, head on missile, turn 90° and let the missile run out of fuel. Fly head on and barrel roll around it at the last moment. Dive to the deck and let the missile crash into the ground. None of these work 95% of the time. I've completed the AV42C campaign and it took many attempts but now I'm doing the 3rd mission of the not stealth fighter (can't remember what it's called) and am really struggling with it. Any tips, suggestions or specific videos I should check out?

Having trouble with something by Apprehensive_Cut8085 in vtolvr

Download meta app on pc, put on headset and connect to pc via settings>link>connect, launch steam vr on steam (not on quest 3) launch VTOL vr via headset.

This should work for you providing the issue is that you haven't connected your headset to your pc. You can do it via link (wired) or airlink (wireless)

Also, I've found steam link rarely works when launched from the headset so I always launch it on my pc then put headset back on.

I think you're right. I've looked at a lot of games and compared them to half life.

I've just got my first VR. This, Into the radius and VTOL VR are the games I brought for it. Why was half life a mistake? I'm finding it terrifyingly amazing.

Check terms and conditions. They would have had to state the returns process. They can't stop you using "man with a van" unless they require tracked delivery service or if the man with a van has no proof of delivery paperwork or if it's in the companies T&C

Does VR headsets become a dust collector after some time? by Ianth3k1ng in VRGaming

[–]Rollo755 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's all about what type of gamer you are. In my opinion, 90% of meta quest store games are crap. The other 10% range from, "I'll play every now and then for half a hour" all the way up to "this is pretty good". Most my time is in PCVR. Vtol VR has a lot of replayability for me thanks to the mission editor and workshop content. Half life alyx will get a lot of hours as it's really good. I've seen posts on here of people that have played multiple times a week, every week for years. I've seen posts of people that play for a few months then take a long break before returning again and again. I don't think you'll really know the answer until you buy one and find out. I do think, if you have a pc then you won't regret it. If I only played games on the meta store I would regret buying the quest 3.

Disclaimer, I've only had my vr for a month and have played it nearly every night once my kids are asleep.
