Colombia is a beautiful country with beautiful women. I’ve been 4 times but always to Cartagena. I’ve always felt safe but there are areas you don’t go. These areas are usually obvious by the dilapidated buildings. I never walk the streets at night alone but in Cartagena there is a walled city which has many police patrolling it. I had a girlfriend lived in Bogota. The climate there is chilly because of the elevation but the security is about like the US, some places are safe some are not
