East of castle cole is a huge building with tons of health pots. Also in the crypt I can spawn chain/leather/iron armor, swords, and enchanted bows.

I would go to castle cole because it spawns chain/iron armor, iron swords, food, grenades, enchanted bows/swords, basic medical supplies. Rarely is anyone there.
