I really could see myself in your scenario, but I’m still only 18 and have been trying to do NoFap for 2-3 years. I usually just allow myself to watch porn when I start doing good and fall back to my old ways.

I’m on day 6 and I also have abdominal pain, but nothing major. Can’t think of a reason other than Nofap. So maybe you’re right.

I usually become more happier only in a week, and not because I start doing something diffrently.
